Pantherkitty Software was established by Jeff Skubick in 2016, and currently has three apps published through Google Play with several others under development.

The company’s founder has his own “dotcom success” story — back in 2000, he worked with Mark Hamdan to successfully develop and launch HRSmart, the first private-label unified talent-management solution for companies.
