MouseCode Keyboard is a soft keyboard. It has direct access to anything and everything you type using it. It might allow you to enter sensitive data that could be stored in the application's data directory on the device's local filesystem or written to the Android system log. No such data is intentionally disclosed to us, nor will we attempt to benefit from its disclosure. We won't intentionally expose sensitive data to any third-party backup service.
We accept no responsibility whatsoever if your device allows Android's security measures to be compromised. By definition, a rooted device's security has been compromised. Likewise, the presence of thirdparty malware is prima-facie evidence that the device's security has been compromised.
Our website performs the usual & customary logging, and might automatically generate session cookies. We won't attempt to data-mine the logs and profit from our web traffic, but we also make no promises about the retention, destruction, or ultimate disposition of those logs or cookies besides pledging our general indifference to their content.
Certain information is collected by Google Play Services and made incidentally available to us through Google Play's Android Developer Console. We have no control over any information collected or used by Google itself, and accept no responsibility for anything Google itself might do with that data.
In no event shall compensation for unintentional violation of this policy exceed the application's purchase price ("free") plus one US cent. To receive your penny, you must provide us with a self-addressed stamped envelope with sufficient postage to mail a one-ounce first-class letter via USPS.
